This one is made from an old D cell Mag-light. \\ 
The cut end was sealed with a JB-Weld stick about 3/16" in from the edge (knurled end). \\ 
Then a layer of black silicone was applied on top of that finsihed flush to the edge. \\ 
The flashlight was a (3) - battery length light with plenty of tube length to cut off the switch and have enough left over.

You can put copies of your registration in a plastic bag inside this box that also holds the tag on. \\
The box will also hold small objects like a spark plug gapper or whatever you want to put in it. \\
It also has a keyed lock.
