This may or may not become a problem. But if it does happen, here are some ideas to fix it.
While riding, if the battery cover pops open, it could be a weak or bad plastic clip that holds the cover.
You can use Velcro or zip ties instead of the plastic clip to secure it instead and reinstall them if you have to take the cover off.

The top clips are part numbers Front (70416-04) & Rear (70417-04).
The factory clips changed in 2007 to Front (70416-04A) & Rear (70417-04A).

The front clip (70416-04A) on this 07 model kept letting the cover fly open.
The modification below was done as a fix for this.

An 1/8“ drill bit was used to drill several holes in a row to wallow out a slot in the clip. ¹⁾
