If you break your speedometer or tach glass. You can replace it in a little less than 1-1/2 hours start to finish.:

• Remove the assembly from the bike.
• Remove the old glass by using a curved end flat head screw driver, going round and round, while prying folded lip out. Just a little bit at a time, over and over. Then finally you can get the ring off.
• Install the new glass. Then use small needle nose pliers to work the crimped edge out some more, so the piece will go back over the speedometer. It's easier to get it off ( not time wise ) than getting it to go back over. Then once on, use a small hammer to bend the edge back over.
