This is the ring installed in the groove in the swingarm between the 2 bearing races.
It has no part number as it comes in a set with the bearings.
It's actually just a retaining ring acting as both a stop and a spacer between each bearing race when they are installed.

Officially, it's a Constant Section Internal Retaining Ring (AKA, Eaton-style or horseshoe snap rings) of the “Bearing Snap Ring” variety. ¹⁰⁾
It features a uniform, constant section. This means that the material used to make the ring is the same width at any point along the circumference of the ring.
This allows full seat of the races against it as they are installed.
These can be bought from fastener companies in carbon steel as plain or with oil embedded.

This bushing sets the length measurement for the proper clamp force on the swingarm part assembly and acts as a spacer bushing thru the left pivot.

This is a used spacer.

This bushing is installed in the left pivot and the pivot spacer is installed into this bushing.
